A delicious cheese tart combining the strong flavors of Roquefort and Gorgonzola, perfect for a cheese platter or as a delightful dessert.
Preparation time: 30 minutes + chilling time 2 hours
Serving size: 8 servings

Ingredients:

- Piece of Roquefort cheese
- Piece of Gorgonzola cheese (left)
- Piece of Gorgonzola cheese (right)
- Piece of Gorgonzola cheese (middle)
- Macadamia nuts
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers for serving

Instructions:

1. Crumble the Roquefort and Gorgonzola cheeses into small pieces in a bowl.
2. Add the cream cheese, cream, honey, and lemon juice to the cheese mixture. Mix until smooth.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and smooth the top.
5. Sprinkle macadamia nuts on top.
6. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
7. Serve with crackers.
