A delicious oat-based cheese tart combining oats, cheese, and berries. Perfect dessert for celebrations or everyday enjoyment!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours chilling
Serving Size: 10 servings

Ingredients

- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 150 g liquid margarine
- 1 can (250 g) cottage cheese
- 5 gelatin sheets
- 200 g plain cream cheese
- 1 pack (400 g) mixed frozen berries
- 2 dl rolled oats
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 150 g Digestive biscuits
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs

Instructions

1. Crush the Digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Melt the liquid margarine in a saucepan.
3. In a bowl, combine the melted margarine, sugar, and crushed biscuits.
4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan (about 24 cm in diameter).
5. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
6. Whip the heavy cream and add the cottage cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
7. Heat a small amount of water in a saucepan and dissolve the gelatin sheets in it. Quickly stir the gelatin mixture into the cream mixture.
8. Pour the cream mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface.
9. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
10. Serve with mixed berries.
