Ingredients:

- 2 dl oat flour
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl raisins
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 dl sugar
- 1/2 dl butter (softened)
- 1 dl milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3. Add the softened butter to the dry mixture and rub together until the mixture resembles crumbs.
4. Stir in the raisins until well combined.
5. Pour in the milk and mix quickly until the dough is just combined.
6. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape it into a round disk about 2 cm thick.
7. Cut the disk into 8 wedges and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the scones are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
