Delicious scones filled with cinnamon chips, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 8-10 scones

Ingredients:

- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 50 g margarine
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl milk
- 0.5 dl ginger syrup
- 1.5 dl cinnamon chips

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the margarine in small pieces and mix with the dry ingredients until crumbly.
3. Stir in the rolled oats, followed by the cold milk, ginger syrup, and cinnamon chips. Mix quickly but do not knead.
4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll it to about 2 cm thick.
5. Cut out scones using a cookie cutter or a sharp knife.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for 10-15 minutes, until the scones are golden brown.
