Delicious Oatmeal Tea Breads

These oatmeal-based tea breads are tasty and easy to make. They are perfect for breakfast or as a snack. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 8-10 breads
Ingredients:
- 2 dl sour cream (or milk buttermilk)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 dl rolled oats
- ½ tsp salt
- About 2 dl gluten-free flour mix
- 1 tbsp applesauce, orange marmalade, or a pinch of sugar
- 50 g melted margarine
Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together until a smooth dough forms.
2. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
3. Flatten the breads slightly.
4. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the breads are golden brown.
