Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk - 1.5 cups large rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 heaping tbsp (2 tbsp) peanut butter
Instructions:
1. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan.2. Add the rolled oats and mashed banana to the boiling milk.
3. Stir in the vanilla sugar and salt.
4. Let the oatmeal simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes, until the desired consistency is reached.
5. Gently fold in the peanut butter, mixing lightly to leave swirls of peanut butter.
6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the oatmeal cool slightly.
