These delicious double chocolate chip cookies are the perfect sweet treat. They are soft, chocolatey, and filled with white chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

- 200 g margarine (60% fat)
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 80 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 80 g white chocolate

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the margarine, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
2. Add the egg and mix well until combined.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together the dry ingredients (cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and baking powder) and gradually add to the butter mixture.
4. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the dough. Mix until smooth.
5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are lightly colored.
7. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
