Ingredients:

- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate chips (dark chocolate)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, mixing well to combine.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
7. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie as they will spread while baking.
8. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies have a slight color.
9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a moment, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
