A delightful and moist chocolate cheesecake, perfect for celebrations or indulgence. This cake is easy to prepare and is served frozen.

Ingredients

Crust:
- 9 large Digestive biscuits
- 35 g butter, such as melted margarine
Filling:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g plain cream cheese

Instructions

1. Crush the Digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
4. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
5. Combine the melted chocolate with the plain cream cheese until smooth.
6. Pour the chocolate-cream cheese mixture over the biscuit crust.
7. Place the cake in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours.
8. Remove the cake from the freezer about 15 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly.
