Ingredients:
- 4 dl sugar - 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa (for frosting)
- 2 tbsp water (for frosting)
- Colorful decorations (e.g., sprinkles)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. In a bowl, mix together sugar, eggs, and oil. Whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the milk and mix well.
4. Combine the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix them into the batter.
5. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the chocolate squares are cooked through. Allow to cool.
7. Prepare the frosting by mixing powdered sugar, cocoa, and water. Spread it over the cooled batter.
8. Decorate with colorful sprinkles and let the frosting set before cutting into pieces.
