Delicious chocolate squares perfect for coffee gatherings. Preparation time: 1 hour. Serves: 12.Ingredients:
- 200 g butter- 4 dl sugar
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 dl milk
Topping:
- 200 g powdered sugar- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp strong coffee
- Sprinkles or other decorations
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and gradually add them to the mixture, alternating with the milk.
4. Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the surface is set.
6. For the topping, melt the butter and mix in the powdered sugar, cocoa, and coffee until smooth.
7. Spread the topping over the warm cake and quickly decorate with sprinkles or your choice of toppings.
8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
