A delightful treat where chocolate flavor meets soft dough. Easy to prepare without an electric mixer.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate (melted)

Frosting:

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add milk, oil, and eggs. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
4. Stir in the melted chocolate and mix well.
5. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the batter is cooked through.
7. For the frosting, mix all ingredients together and spread over the cooled cake.
8. Allow the frosting to set before cutting into squares.
