Delicious chocolate squares perfect for coffee gatherings. Preparation time: about 1 hour. Serves: 12 pieces.Ingredients:
- 3 dl sugar
- 1½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 500 g powdered sugar (one package)
- 5½ dl all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 5 tbsp strong instant coffee
- 2 dl milk
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture is fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients and melted butter to the egg-sugar mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir in the instant coffee.
5. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
6. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
8. Allow to cool and sift powdered sugar on top before serving.
