Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 cup vegan marshmallows
- 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 3.5 oz vegan chocolate
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a square baking pan (approximately 8x8 inches).
2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, vegetable oil, and oat milk.
3. Add the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is set but soft.
6. Allow the squares to cool in the pan.
7. Melt the vegan chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
8. Once cooled, cut the squares into pieces and pour the melted chocolate over them.
9. Sprinkle the marshmallows and nuts on top before the chocolate sets.
10. Let cool and firm up at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.
