A deliciously indulgent treat combining Biscoff cookies and spread, perfect for festive gatherings or a sweet snack! Preparation Time: 30 minutes + chilling
Serving Size: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g marshmallows - 150 g Biscoff cookies
- 100 g Biscoff spread
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 50 g white chocolate
- A pinch of salt
- (Optional) Nuts or almond flakes
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. 2. Stir in the Biscoff spread until well combined.
3. Add the marshmallows and coarsely crushed Biscoff cookies to the mixture and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and smooth the surface.
5. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it on top as a decoration.
6. Allow it to cool at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator to set for about 2-3 hours.
7. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
