Ingredients:
- 2 dl gluten-free flour mix
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dl vegetable oil
- 1 dl plant-based milk (e.g., almond or oat milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Frosting:
- 2 dl powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp plant-based milk
- Chocolate sprinkles for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a square baking pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour mix, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the vegetable oil, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the surface.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the surface is set. Let it cool.
6. To make the frosting, mix together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, and plant-based milk until smooth.
7. Spread the frosting over the cooled base and decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
8. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
