This delicious gluten-free cheese cake is a perfect dessert for special occasions or just a weekend treat.

Ingredients

- 100 g margarine
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 dl SEMPER MIX flour blend
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

1. Melt the margarine and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and egg together well.
3. Add the melted margarine to the mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Combine the SEMPER MIX flour blend and baking powder, then add to the batter. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and smooth the surface.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
