A simple and delicious spaghetti bolognese that will delight your taste buds. This recipe is easy to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 400 g ground beef
- 400 g spaghetti
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 vegetable broth cube
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon piri piri oil or rawit chili
- Water
- A splash of lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion, carrot, and garlic into small pieces.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the chopped onion, carrot, and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the peeled tomatoes, salt, black pepper, basil, and vegetable broth cube. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
6. Add the cooking cream, honey, and piri piri oil to the sauce. Mix well and simmer for a few more minutes.
7. Drain the spaghetti and mix it into the sauce. Stir thoroughly.
8. Serve in bowls and, if desired, sprinkle with fresh basil or grated Parmesan cheese.
