Delicious and flaky pastries that combine sausage and puff pastry. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for parties or as a snack. Preparation time is about 1 hour, and it makes 12 servings.

Ingredients:

- 400 g ready-made puff pastry
- 300 g sausage (e.g., hot dogs or fresh sausage)
- 100 ml finely chopped onion
- 100 ml finely chopped parsley
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (Optional) Mustard or ketchup for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet and cut it into 12 rectangular pieces.
3. Remove the casing from the sausage and mix it in a bowl with the onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Divide the sausage mixture evenly among the puff pastry pieces.
5. Wrap the pastry around the sausage completely, sealing the edges tightly.
6. Place the sausage rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with the beaten egg.
7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with mustard or ketchup.
