Ingredients:

- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 ml water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 100 g chopped vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, onion, zucchini)
- 100 g ham or other desired protein (optional)
- 1 tsp herbs (e.g., oregano or basil)
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt together.
2. Add water and olive oil to the mixture and knead until smooth.
3. Roll out the dough to fit a baking sheet and transfer it onto parchment paper.
4. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough.
5. Top with your chosen vegetables and protein evenly.
6. Season with herbs and black pepper.
