This delightful creamy garlic chicken bake is easy to prepare in an air fryer, combining rich flavors with a crispy top.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets
- 600 g potatoes
- 2 dl cream
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 dl grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
2. Sear the chicken fillets in a pan until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix the cream and crushed garlic.
4. Layer the baking dish with potato slices, seared chicken fillets, and the cream-garlic mixture.
5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
6. Cook in the air fryer at 150°C (300°F) for 20 minutes.
7. Gently stir and continue cooking at 200°C (400°F) for another 10 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
