A delicious Indian curry with a strong garlic flavor, perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets - 5-6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 dl yogurt
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder (to taste)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. 2. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden brown.
3. Add crushed garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Cut chicken breast fillets into strips and add to the pan. Cook until the chicken is done.
5. Mix in yogurt, curry powder, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
