A delicious and impressive seafood sandwich cake perfect for celebrations or special occasions. Preparation Time: 1 hour + chilling

Ingredients:
- 200 g mayonnaise - 100 g Turkish yogurt
- Lemon slices
- Cucumber slices
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 200 ml chilled fish broth
- 4 sliced hard-boiled eggs
- 225 g cottage cheese
- 100 g chopped dill
- 400 g drained shrimp
- 100 g filleted smoked salmon
- 100 g cold-smoked salmon fillet
- 200 g Creme Bonjour shrimp cream cheese
- 75 g Valio crème fraîche
Instructions:
1. Prepare the filling by mixing mayonnaise and Turkish yogurt in a bowl. 2. Add lemon slices, cucumber slices, dill, lemon pepper, and fish broth. Mix well.
3. Gently fold in the sliced hard-boiled eggs, cottage cheese, chopped dill, drained shrimp, smoked salmon, and cold-smoked salmon fillet.
4. Grease a cake pan with the Creme Bonjour cream cheese.
5. Layer the bread, spread the seafood filling, and repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of cream cheese on top.
6. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
7. Decorate the cake with lemon slices and dill before serving.
