Voileipäkakku (Finnish Sandwich Cake)

A delicious layered sandwich cake perfect for gatherings. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Chill Time: 2-3 hours
Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g bread (sliced)
- 75-100 g butter
- 300 g ham
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 dl sour cream
Instructions:
1. Slice the bread into pieces and spread butter on each slice.
2. Place the first slice of bread on a serving platter and spread a layer of ham on top.
3. Dice the pickled cucumber and bell pepper into small cubes and add them on top of the ham layer.
4. Spread a layer of sour cream over the vegetables.
5. Repeat the layers with bread slices, ham, cucumber, bell pepper, and sour cream until all ingredients are used.
6. Finish with a slice of bread on top and optionally garnish with vegetables or herbs.
7. Allow the sandwich cake to chill in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours before serving.
8. Cut into portions and serve.
