A delicious sausage sauce served with potatoes, perfect for a quick weekday dinner.

Ingredients

- 5 sausages
- 3 potatoes
- A knob of butter
- 3-4 teaspoons flour
- About 300 ml water
- Chives
- A splash of soy sauce
- A splash of beef stock or red wine stock

Instructions

1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until soft.
2. Slice the sausages and fry them in butter in a pan until golden brown.
3. Add the flour to the pan and mix well. Cook for a moment until the flour is slightly browned.
4. Gradually add the water while stirring until the sauce thickens.
5. Stir in the soy sauce and stock into the sauce. Mix well.
6. Drain the boiled potatoes and add them to the sausage sauce. Gently stir to combine.
7. Sprinkle chopped chives on top before serving.
