A delicious sausage sauce that's perfect for a family meal. Serve it with pasta or potatoes.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 10 sausages
- 1 large onion
- ½ dl all-purpose flour
- 5 dl water
- ½ dl tomato paste
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika powder to taste
- 1 dl cooking cream
- 1 pickle
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes (halved)

Instructions:

1. Chop the sausages and onion into small pieces.
2. Sauté the sausages and onion in a pan with oil over medium heat until the onion is soft.
3. Add the flour to the pan and mix well. Cook for a couple of minutes.
4. Gradually pour in the water while stirring to dissolve the flour.
5. Add the tomato paste, soy sauce, and vegetable stock cube. Season with black pepper and paprika powder.
6. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
7. Stir in the cooking cream, pickle, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well and heat for a moment longer.
8. Serve warm with pasta or potatoes.
