- 400 g sausages
- 200 ml ketchup
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Slice the sausages and fry them in the pan until they are nicely browned.
3. Add the ketchup and cooking cream to the pan. Stir well.
4. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes.
