A delicious blend of lasagna, pizza, and sausage sauce flavors, perfect for a family weekend dinner. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 250 g sausage
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 g lasagna sheets
- 200 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 ml cream
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
3. Add sliced sausage to the pan and cook until browned.
4. Pour crushed tomatoes into the pan and stir. Add oregano, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Grease a baking dish and begin layering: first a layer of sausage sauce, then a layer of lasagna sheets, followed by a layer of cream and cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
6. Finish with a layer of cheese on top.
7. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
8. Let it cool for a moment before serving.
