This delightful engagement cake is bursting with flavor. The cake base is made from eggs and filled with sweet cloudberry jam. Topped with melt-in-your-mouth caramel and decorated with beautiful marzipan shapes.Preparation Time: 1.5 hours

Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250 g cloudberry jam
- 200 g caramel sauce
- 200 g marzipan (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy and light in color.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then gently fold it into the egg-sugar mixture.
4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Allow the cake to cool completely.
7. Slice the cake in half and fill with cloudberry jam.
8. Frost the top of the cake with caramel sauce.
9. Shape marzipan into decorations and place them atop the cake.
