Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas
- 200 g cookie crumbs (e.g., digestive biscuits)
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Dip the cookie crumbs in milk and layer them in a serving dish.
5. Spread a layer of banana slices on top, followed by a layer of the cream mixture.
6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture.
7. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least four hours or until firm.
