A delicious Nutella cheesecake combining rich cream cheese, sweet white chocolate, and melt-in-your-mouth Nutella, making it the perfect treat for spring celebrations. The cake is easy to prepare in advance and will surely impress your guests!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours chilling
Serving Size: 12 slices

Ingredients:

- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g white chocolate
- 200 g Nutella
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 gelatin leaves
- 3 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. Crush the digestive biscuits and melt the butter. Mix the biscuit crumbs and melted butter together.
2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for about 5 minutes.
4. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Allow it to cool slightly.
5. Whip the heavy cream with the sugar until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla sugar.
6. Mix the cream cheese with the melted white chocolate. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
7. Heat water in a saucepan and add the gelatin leaves. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add the gelatin to the mixture and stir well.
8. Take a portion of the cream cheese mixture and mix in the Nutella for swirling.
9. Pour the light cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base in the pan. Spoon the darker Nutella mixture on top and use a knife or toothpick to create a marbled effect.
10. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
11. Optionally, decorate with chocolate shavings or nuts before serving.
