Indulge in this delicious Nutella cheesecake that combines nutty and chocolatey sweetness, perfect for your celebration table. It can even be prepared a couple of days in advance.
Preparation Time: 1 hour + cooling time
Serving Size: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g white chocolate
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 200 g Nutella
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
2. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugars until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Incorporate the melted white chocolate and heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Pour half of the mixture over the biscuit base. Add Nutella and swirl it gently to create a marbled effect.
6. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture on top and add a bit more Nutella for decoration.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 50-60 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
8. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
