Serving Size: 6 chocolate eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 chocolate eggs
- 200 g Nutella
- 100 g heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Start by carefully melting the chocolate eggs. Make a small hole at the top of each egg and gently scoop out the insides.
2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
3. Gently fold the Nutella into the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth.
4. Fill the chocolate eggs with the Nutella mousse using a piping bag or spoon.
5. Carefully close the eggs and place them in the refrigerator to set for a while.
