Delicious, soft, and chewy American-style cookies that combine hazelnut spread and crushed Oreo cookies. Perfect treat for Halloween parties! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12-15 cookies
Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 150 g Nutella
- 100 g crushed Oreo cookies
- 50 g chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and mix well.
3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
4. Fold in the Nutella until the dough is smooth.
5. Gently mix in the crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate chips if using.
6. Shape the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
7. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden brown.
8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
