Delicious and easy-to-make sweet snacks, perfect for coffee breaks or evening treats.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g white chocolate (or any chocolate)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar together.
4. Add the egg and mix well.
5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until well combined.
7. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the dough.
8. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until they are lightly browned.
10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a moment, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
