Servings: 4-6 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3-4 tablespoons Nutella
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add some butter.
4. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
5. Spread Nutella on top of the pancake and fold it over.
6. Cook for a short time until golden brown.
7. Repeat until all the batter is used.
8. Serve warm with berries or whipped cream.
