A rich and creamy cheesecake with a delicious Oreo cookie crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 15 Oreo cookies (for the crust)
- 25 g butter (for the crust)
- 400 g Philadelphia cream cheese (for the filling)
- 150 g sugar (for the filling)
- 1.5 tsp vanilla sugar (for the filling)
- 150 g sour cream (for the filling)
- 3 eggs (for the filling)
- 6 Oreo cookies (crumbled for the filling)
- Whipped cream (for decoration)
- Mini Oreo cookies (for decoration)
- Cherries (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Crush 15 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a bag and a rolling pin.
2. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs.
3. Line the bottom of a 20 cm springform pan with parchment paper and press the cookie mixture firmly to form the crust.
4. In a bowl, beat the Philadelphia cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream and mix well.
5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
6. Crumble 6 Oreo cookies and fold them into the filling.
7. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Let the cheesecake cool and refrigerate for at least overnight to set.
10. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, mini Oreo cookies, cookie crumbs, and cherries.
