A delicious cheesecake that combines salty caramel and crunchy popcorn, creating the perfect flavor combination. Great for parties or treat moments! Preparation Time: 1 hour + 4 hours chilling
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits - 100 g butter
- 600 g cream cheese
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g caramel popcorn
- 100 g caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. 2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
5. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 50 minutes, until the filling is set.
6. Let it cool at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least four hours.
7. Before serving, whip the heavy cream and spread it over the cheesecake.
8. Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with caramel popcorn for decoration.
