Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried beans (e.g., black beans or kidney beans)
- 2 cups popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons oil (e.g., coconut oil or canola oil)
- Salt to taste
- Spices (e.g., paprika, chili powder, or garlic powder) to taste
Instructions:
1. Soak the beans in water overnight and cook them according to package instructions until tender.
2. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
3. Add the popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid. Shake the pot gently as the popcorn starts to pop.
4. Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from the heat and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
5. Add the cooked beans to the popcorn.
6. Season with salt and any desired spices. Mix well.
