A delicious and hearty bean and cabbage soup, perfect for a cozy meal. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp good oil
- Bunch of green onions
- Garlic to taste
- About 1 kg white cabbage
- Generous cup of beans (e.g., white or kidney beans)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 liter vegetable broth or water
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the green onions and garlic.
2. Heat the oil in a pot and add the onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the chili paste and mix well.
4. Chop the cabbage and add it to the pot. Sauté for a few minutes.
5. Rinse the beans and add them to the pot. Pour in the vegetable broth or water.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Let the soup simmer on low heat for about 20-30 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
