Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 4 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 liters of water
- 2 beef broth cubes
- 2 vegetable broth cubes
Instructions:
1. Shred the cabbage and chop the carrots and onions.
2. Heat the water in a large pot.
3. Add the cabbage, carrots, and onions to the pot.
4. Crumble the beef and vegetable broth cubes into the pot.
5. Simmer the soup for about 30-40 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
