Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 small cabbage
- 2 medium beets
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 liter beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Peel and dice the beets.
2. Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until they are soft.
3. Add the ground beef to the pot and brown it thoroughly.
4. Add the beets and continue cooking for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the tomato paste, mix well, and cook for a moment longer.
6. Slice the cabbage and add it to the pot.
7. Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
8. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for about 30 minutes, until all ingredients are tender.
9. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
