Serving Size: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 100 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dl popcorn (salted or sweet)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 20x20 cm baking pan.2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in the microwave or over a water bath. Mix well.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in the vanilla sugar, all-purpose flour, and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
7. Sprinkle the popcorn on top of the batter and gently press down.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the brownie is set but slightly moist in the center.
9. Allow to cool before cutting into serving pieces.
