Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 100 g licorice (such as Fazer licorice)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt

Salmiakki Sauce:

- 100 g salmiakki powder
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a square baking pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix well. Allow to cool slightly.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt). Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Chop the licorice into small pieces and fold into the batter gently.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the brownies are cooked but still slightly gooey in the center.
8. For the salmiakki sauce, heat the cream in a saucepan and add the salmiakki powder and sugar. Stir until the mixture is smooth and hot.
9. Let the brownies cool before serving. Serve slices with the salmiakki sauce drizzled on top.
