Ingredients:

- 300 ml heavy cream
- 200 g mascarpone cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 ml salmiakki liqueur
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Salt to taste
- 50 g sweet salmiakki (chopped)

Instructions:

1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and fluffy.
3. Add the mascarpone cheese, salmiakki liqueur, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the egg yolk mixture. Mix well.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the egg yolk mixture until fully combined.
5. Stir in the chopped sweet salmiakki gently.
6. Pour the mixture into a mold and smooth the surface.
7. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
8. Serve sliced and optionally garnish with additional salmiakki.
