Refreshing and tangy lemon donuts combined with salty salmiakki and Turkish pepper create a perfect flavor combination. These donuts are easily made in a donut pan without frying.

Serving Size: 12 donuts
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dl milk
- 1/2 dl oil
- 1 egg
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 dl lemon juice
- 1 dl salmiakki powder
- 1/2 dl crushed Turkish pepper (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a donut pan.
2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add the milk, oil, egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
4. Gently fold in the salmiakki powder.
5. Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about halfway.
6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool for a moment before removing the donuts from the pan.
8. Sprinkle crushed Turkish pepper on top before serving.
