A delicious combination of soft frozen dessert and sweet salmiakki sauce! This refreshing and stunning treat is perfect for serving on special occasions.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes + freezing time
Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

- 4 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl salmiakki sauce
- 1 dl milk

Instructions:

1. Whip the heavy cream and sugar in a bowl until soft peaks form.
2. Add the eggs and vanilla sugar, and mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold and drizzle the salmiakki sauce on top.
4. Use a fork or knife to create zebra stripes in the mixture.
5. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and transfer to the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
6. Take the semifreddo out about 10 minutes before serving to let it soften slightly at room temperature.
7. Cut into serving pieces and enjoy.
