A unique twist on the classic tiramisu with a Finnish flavor, combining the rich taste of salmiakki liqueur and coffee.

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 2 dl strong coffee
- 50 ml salmiakki liqueur
- 200 g savoiardi biscuits
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Salty liquorice (optional for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Brew strong coffee and let it cool.
2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar until pale and fluffy.
4. Fold the mascarpone cheese into the egg yolk mixture until smooth.
5. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites to maintain the airy texture.
6. Mix the cooled coffee with the salmiakki liqueur.
7. Dip the savoiardi biscuits into the coffee-salmiakki mixture and layer them in a serving dish with the mascarpone mixture.
8. Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
9. Dust the top with cocoa powder and decorate with salty liquorice if desired.
10. Let the tiramisu chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
