A delicious and simple tiramisu recipe that is completely free of flour, cream, alcohol, or gelatin. This dessert highlights authentic flavors and is easy to prepare. Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 2 hours refrigeration
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs - 100 g sugar
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml strong coffee (cooled)
- 100 g savoiardi biscuits
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. 2. Whisk the yolks and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the mascarpone cheese to the yolk-sugar mixture and gently mix until smooth.
4. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then carefully fold them into the mascarpone mixture.
5. Quickly dip the savoiardi biscuits into the cooled coffee, one at a time, and layer them in a serving dish.
6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the biscuit layer.
7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
8. Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
