A delicious, moist brownie that is easily made in a pan in the oven. The crispy top and delightful middle make this dessert a perfect treat.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or hazelnuts)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add sugar to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, add the vanilla extract.
5. Stir in the flour and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Finally, fold in the nuts gently.
7. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and level the surface.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is crisp but the inside remains moist.
9. Allow to cool before serving, and cut into pieces.
